"My name is Michelle and I am a native of Guyana , South America.

 

I truly believe my passion for holistic medicine comes from my maternal side who are of the indigenous Macushi tribe of Guyana that lived along the river and used the medicinal herbs available for healing remedies.

 

I discovered one of my favorite herbs, Comfrey aka knitbone, when I was in an automobile accident that left me with two torn ligaments in my left wrist. The orthopedic surgeon told me I needed surgery to repair it but I believed I could heal myself and did with Comfrey. I have had a passion for therapeutic herbalism for many years healing myself and those within my family circle.
